Free diagnostic
20-30 minutes: we look at your situation and decide whether there is something to optimize.

Week 1: audit
A 60-90 minute interview, gathering facts and access. A map of the current process with its problems and loss points.

Week 2: optimization
A target design for 1-2 processes: steps, roles, statuses, triggers, rules. We agree on the list of automations.

Weeks 3-4: launch
We set up the database, build and launch 1-2 automations, and sign off the result against a checklist.
What we work with
Interviews with the owner and team, access to your CRM, spreadsheets, and services, and a process map. After that, the same tools as automation: CRM, Make, Google Sheets, Telegram.
Pricing
The audit and optimization are part of the Foundation package: 1-2 key processes in a 30-day sprint, from €1,200. You get not just a map and recommendations but 1-2 working automations. The second 50% is paid only after implementation and acceptance. We fix the exact scope after the diagnostic.

How is optimization different from automation?
Optimization removes needless steps and sets rules; automation hands repetitive steps to a system. In Foundation we do both: first we simplify the process, then we automate 1-2 key parts.
Can we order just the audit without implementation?
The audit is the first stage of Foundation, because a map without implementation usually stays a document in a folder. If your case is special, we can discuss it in the free diagnostic.
What if nothing is worth automating?
We will say so in the diagnostic. Sometimes changing a rule or removing a step is enough, and there is nothing to pay for.
