Service
Process automation and integrations in Make
When data has to be moved between services by hand, it gets lost and drifts apart. Make connects systems without separate development, and where no-code is not enough we write custom modules.
What we solve
- Website, forms, and CRM linked: each lead lands where it belongs
- Orders, payments, and statuses synced between services
- Alerts and reports in Telegram, Slack, or email
- Custom modules for fiscal receipts, Monobank and PrivatBank statements, complex APIs
- Error handling and logging so a failure never goes unnoticed
How the work goes
-
01
Diagnostic
A free 20-30 minute session, then a 60-90 minute interview and a map of the current process with its loss points.
-
02
Design
The target design: steps, roles, statuses, triggers, and rules. We agree on the list of automations before work starts.
-
03
Launch
We build and test scenarios with error handling and logging, put them into production, and sign off the result against a checklist.
-
04
Support
After launch you can add Lite, Standard, or Pro support: response time on business days is up to 24 hours, up to 6 hours on Pro.
What we work with
Make and Zapier, Google Sheets, Airtable, Telegram, WhatsApp, Viber, Instagram, Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Monobank, PrivatBank, Checkbox, Nova Poshta, WordPress, Webflow, Tilda.

Make or Zapier?
We work with both. Make is usually more convenient for complex branching scenarios. The choice depends on your services, operation volume, and budget.
What happens if a scenario breaks?
Scenarios have error handling and logging, so a failure is visible at once. After launch you can add support with response times up to 24 hours, up to 6 hours on Pro.
Who owns the scenarios?
The services are registered to and paid by you. Rights to the scenarios built for you pass to you once fully paid.
