Diagnostic
A free 20-30 minute session, then a 60-90 minute interview and a map of the current process with its loss points.

We build and test scenarios with error handling and logging, put them into production, and sign off the result against a checklist.

After launch you can add Lite, Standard, or Pro support: response time on business days is up to 24 hours, up to 6 hours on Pro.

Our own store, Stylish Outfit (since 2023, 40-50 orders a day): handling one order went from 15 minutes to 30 seconds, and creating a Nova Poshta waybill from about 5 minutes to 1.5-2 seconds. The chain of order, supplier lookup, Telegram confirmation, waybill, fiscal receipt, and customer SMS runs with no manual work.

Foundation: 1-2 key processes in a 30-day sprint, from €1,200. OS Start: up to 10 scenarios in 6-8 weeks, from €12,000. OS Scale: up to 20 scenarios in 10-12 weeks, from €23,000. The second 50% is paid only after implementation and acceptance. We fix the exact scope and price after the diagnostic.
