Doubts about automation: 10 honest answers

These are the doubts we hear most on first calls. We answer them plainly, with the terms from our offer and examples from our own store.

Updated: 2026-10-25

01

“You are young. Can you really pull this off?”

Yes, the team is young, and we do not hide it. We first built our system on our own store, Stylish Outfit: since 2023 it has handled 40-50 orders a day. Deadlines in the contract are fixed and payment is split into stages, so the risk of a delay sits with us, not with you.

02

“You will not understand how our business works”

We build nothing until we understand it. The first stage is a 60-90 minute interview and a map of your process as it really is, exceptions included. The automation is fitted to your process, not your process to a template.

03

“Our setup is too complex, this cannot be automated”

At Stylish Outfit the chain is: order, supplier lookup, confirmation in Telegram, Nova Poshta waybill, fiscal receipt, SMS to the customer. All of it runs without manual work. If something truly is not worth automating, we will say so honestly at the free diagnostic session.

04

“This is expensive”

You can start with Foundation, covering 1-2 processes for €1,200. You pay the second 50% only after implementation and acceptance. For comparison, in our case study handling one order went from 15 minutes to 30 seconds.

05

“We are too small, this is for big companies”

Foundation is built exactly for a small business with 1-2 key pain points. You can start with one process and grow the system when the business is ready for it.

06

“We have no time for this”

We do the bulk of the work. From you we need a contact person, access to your services, and 2-3 hours a week for approvals.

07

“My team will not use it”

We build around how your team works today instead of forcing new habits. Key fields are required, so a deal cannot move forward on guesswork. OS Start and OS Scale include training for key users.

08

“What if you miss the deadline or it does not work?”

The deadlines in the offer are firm, not estimates. If we seriously miss them through our own fault, you can terminate the agreement and get back any prepayment above the cost of the work already done.

09

“We will end up dependent on you”

Services such as Make and your CRM are registered to you and paid by you. Rights to the scenarios built for you pass to you once fully paid. You keep all the access.

10

“What happens after launch if something breaks?”

After launch you can add a support subscription: Lite, Standard, or Pro. Response time on business days: up to 24 hours for Lite and Standard, up to 6 hours for Pro.
